01 · Mission Context

Adversaries Set the Pace. Defenders Don't.

Federal mission systems face a compressed threat cycle. Adversaries use AI to chain weaknesses across cloud, identity, API, edge, and mission dependencies before defenders see the full picture. Ransomware corrupts recovery paths before restore. Malware persists inside snapshots, credentials, workloads, trusted data, and supplier environments. Zero-day exploitation outruns scheduled testing.

The operational cost is direct. Delayed recovery. Contaminated backups. Exposed enclaves. Compromised data confidence. Non-RF threats that evade standard detection. Logistics blind spots in contested operations. The mission moves faster than the defender's tool stack.

Axirix builds mission-specific software so federal teams can validate what is clean, expose what is vulnerable, improve decision confidence, and move from documented gap to testable capability before mission impact.

01

Ransomware Recovery Risk

Compromised recovery paths can return malware, credentials, or broken components back into production.

02

Malware Persistence

Threats can persist inside snapshots, workloads, identity layers, supplier systems, and data pipelines.

03

Zero-Day Exposure

Exploitation can move faster than scheduled testing, leaving teams without a full exposure picture.

04

AI-Enabled Attack Paths

Adversaries can chain weaknesses across cloud, API, identity, edge, and mission dependencies.

05

Non-RF Threats

Fiber-tethered UAS and low-signature threats can evade standard detection and operator-location methods.

06

Logistics Blind Spots

Commanders need confidence in asset location, custody, route status, tamper risk, and arrival times.

02 · The Dangerous Gap

Generic Vendors. Generic Packages. Mission Gaps Remain.

Federal recovery, autonomy, sensing, cyber, and logistics teams have specific documented mission gaps. Generic vendors deliver generic capability briefs that do not address the buyer's documented language. The package never lands. The gap stays open. The adversary keeps pace.

Today · Status Quo
  • × 12 to 18 months from documented gap to evaluable package
  • × Vendor-generic capability briefs, not mapped to the buyer's mission language
  • × Compliance-first, mission-late: the package arrives after the gap moves
  • × Demo theater with no validation logic, no transition path, no maturity labels
  • × SBIR, OTA, TSM, Vulcan routing left to the buyer to figure out
  • × Result: documented gap, no funded path to pilot
With Axirix
  • Weeks, not months, from documented gap to technical exchange
  • Mission software shaped to the buyer's exact language
  • Compliance-aware, mission-bounded, decision-support only outputs
  • Validation plan with maturity labels used only where verified
  • Pathway-specific routing: SBIR, OTA, TSM, Vulcan, SOFWERX, SOARC/IWTSD, AFWERX, prime teaming
  • Result: documented gap, mapped path to pilot, awardable where verified
03 · Who We Are

A U.S. SDVOSB Mission Software Studio

Axirix LLC is a U.S. SDVOSB mission software studio built for high-consequence cyber and defense environments.

Axirix brings market-derived software experience, production-informed engineering patterns, and fast technical execution into federal mission packages. Our work spans cyber mission assurance, isolated mission simulation, trusted data integrity, autonomy and sensing, logistics visibility, and operational resilience.

Axirix works through a cooperative technical-exchange model with federal stakeholders, technical directors, units, scouts, primes, and mission partners. When a mission gap surfaces, Axirix shapes a focused software package around that need: concept, MVP, prototype, pilot, customer-operated variant, release-stage system, or sustainment-ready capability where verified.

The objective is simple: give the government and prime partners a clear way to evaluate fit, validate technical merit, and route the capability into the right funded pathway.

04 · Operating Model

Mission Risk to Pilot-Ready, in 7 Stages.

Axirix starts with the buyer's exact language and shapes the package around the documented mission problem, the technical route, and the validation burden. No vendor pitch. No discovery theater. Documented gap in. Pathway-ready package out.

Requirements In. Federal Package Out.

Multi-agent AI-assisted workflows handle requirements mapping, architecture planning, interface definition, validation logic, and federal package drafting. Outputs are human-reviewed, compliance-aware, mission-bounded, and decision-support only. AI accelerates the work. Engineers and operators own the calls.

06 · What Federal Buyers Get

Tangible Artifacts. Defensible Logic.

Every Axirix engagement produces concrete federal-facing artifacts mapped to the buyer's documented mission language and the funded pathway that fits. Government-ready deliverables traceable to topic, route, and verification posture. Not a generic vendor deck.

01

Capability brief in your language

Two-page non-proprietary overview mapped to your documented mission language. Not a generic vendor deck.

02

SBIR / OTA / TSM-aware package

Technical plan, deliverables, validation logic, and Phase II path mapped to the funded pathway that fits.

03

Validation plan you can defend

Test plan, maturity notes, verification requirements, and transition logic. Maturity labels used only where verified.

04

SWaP-C, SAR, Soldier inputs

Envelope assumptions, SAR-ready inputs, and end-user touchpoints prepared for review before the package lands.

05

Prime integration brief

Subsystem value, SDVOSB teaming fit, integration role, and reduced capture burden when prime partnering applies.

06

Pathway-specific routing

Mapped to scout, program office, or contracting-official routing. TSM-awardable where verified.
