Jin-Soo Byun leads Axirix's U.S. federal execution, mission engagement, and transition strategy.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Jin brings direct experience from military communications and equipment-accountability environments into the way Axirix approaches government-defined mission problems.
His background includes communications systems experience and equipment-custodian responsibilities supporting mission environments, including USCENTCOM at Al Udeid Air Base and the 608th Air Communications Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base.
At Axirix, Jin leads the federal side of the operating model: understanding the mission problem, engaging the appropriate technical and program stakeholders, shaping bounded prototype efforts, and routing capabilities toward the appropriate technical exchange, evaluation, pilot, teaming, or acquisition pathway.
Jin is the primary federal-facing representative for Axirix LLC.

Uri Shay is a technology entrepreneur and company builder with more than 20 years of experience creating, operating, and commercializing enterprise software and cybersecurity businesses. He is Founder & CEO of Cybersnap.io and Chairman & CEO of EnsureDR, and has built technical teams, partner ecosystems, products, and go-to-market programs around cyber resilience, disaster recovery, infrastructure assurance, AI-enabled software, and high-consequence technology environments.
His experience spans the full software-company lifecycle: identifying technical opportunities, defining products, assembling engineering and cybersecurity teams, managing development programs and budgets, building strategic partnerships, introducing AI into product and engineering workflows, and taking complex technology from concept through commercialization.
Across Axirix and related ventures, Uri works at the venture and technical-architecture layer, forming dedicated teams around each mission problem rather than applying one development organization to every requirement.
